WHAT IS SUBLIMATION?

Sublimation is digital printing process that embeds a design onto a surface using special inks and printing process, applied with heat and pressure​. The heat causes the solid ink on special transfer paper to transform directly into a gas, which then permeates the fibres of the material - typically fabrics with a high polyester content or ceramics (mugs etc.) that have been specially polymer coated - creating a permanent, high-quality, vibrant design that won't fade, crack or peel. Essentially, becoming part of the substrate.

For example, the patterns on our mugs can withstand hundreds of dishwasher cycles and still remain vibrant
